Who we are

AI Marketing Kombat is operated by PERFMATCH SPC, The Special Economic Zone at Duqm, Al-Duqm, Al Wusta Governorate, Sultanate of Oman (hello@aimarketingkombat.com). Full details are on the Legal information page.

The tournament

AI Marketing Kombat is a skills competition for marketing professionals. The online stage runs from 19–20 October 2026; the final is a one-day event in Oxford on 7 November 2026, with an online participation option. Participants compete on a public leaderboard. The exact format, schedule and scoring are described on the event page and may be refined before the event.

Eligibility

To register you must:

• be at least 18 years old;
• be a marketing professional, or otherwise fall within the audience described on the event page;
• give accurate registration details and not impersonate anyone else;
• register only once — one entry per person.

We may refuse or cancel a registration that does not meet these conditions.

Registering

Registration asks for your name and email address. You are responsible for keeping your details accurate. Registration does not create a user account and needs no password.

Rules of play and fair competition

The tournament is scored on a leaderboard. To keep the competition fair, you agree not to:

• use bots, scripts or other automation to influence your score;
• exploit bugs, or interfere with the site, the leaderboard or other participants;
• collude with others, or use multiple identities to gain an advantage.

These competition rules form part of these terms. Our decisions on scoring and results are final.

Prizes

If the tournament offers prizes, they will be described on the event page, along with how and when they are awarded. Where prizes are offered they are non-transferable, there is no cash alternative unless we say otherwise, any taxes or charges on a prize are the winner’s responsibility, and the offer is void where prohibited by law.

Conduct and disqualification

All participants must follow the Code of Conduct. We may issue a warning, remove entries or scores, or disqualify and ban a participant who breaches these terms or the Code of Conduct, cheats, or behaves abusively.

Intellectual property

The site, its content and our branding belong to us or our licensors. You keep ownership of anything you submit as part of the tournament, but grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it to run and promote the event. Do not use our name or branding without permission.

Changes and cancellation

We may update, postpone, reschedule or cancel the event or these terms. If we make material changes we will post them on this page with a new date. Continuing to take part after a change means you accept it.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and the tournament are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights under EU law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer-protection rights under the law of your country of residence still apply.
